Once received, EARTech Management will promptly sign the form and email it back to you. This signed document can then be submitted to your university internship supervisor.  At the conclusion of your successful internship program, EARTech will also take care of completing and signing your certificate of completion form. This form will be submitted back to your university on your behalf. Thank you for your dedication during the internship, and we look forward to assisting you in this final step of the process.
