Founder & CEO

Samer founded EARTech to bring disciplined program delivery and practical technology education together. He has led PMO and program management for national-scale government digital platforms, managing international technology vendors, contracts and governance end to end, and built EARTech's AI & Cybersecurity Bootcamp and leadership training programs to develop the talent that sustains that change.
